Team Leader Repairs & Maintenance needed in Sheffield

This is a temporary role and the rate is £19.81ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead the electrical team by supervising, planning and organising workloads to ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. They will act as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, providing technical oversight of electrical installations, inspection and testing activities, and ensuring full compliance with BS 7671 and NICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme requirements.

They will coordinate responsive repairs, programmed maintenance and minor electrical projects, manage resources, materials, plant, transport and subcontractors, and uphold robust health and safety, CDM and regulatory standards. They will also use ICT systems to monitor performance, manage workloads and drive continuous improvement across the service.
