Team Lawyer

Team Lawyer needed in Wigan Paying  £40 per hr ref 000B 1408 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal advice on land and property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and land charges
• Support major regeneration schemes and infrastructure projects with clear, pragmatic legal guidance
• Advise on housing matters, including tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and housing management
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including procurement agreements
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal governance frameworks
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner organisations
• Manage a varied caseload, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and service demands
