Team Clerk Full Time Temporary

Team Clerk needed in Cardiff £10.21 per hr ref:462707

This role will involve:

• To maintain Team Outlook Mailbox
• To maintain Team CareFirst desktop
• To enter contact and referral information on move on data base and process referrals and recordings in relation to move on contact.
• To process case transfers, closures and archive files
• To support social workers/ social work assistants in drafting relevant documentation
• Collate and maintain planning documents.
• Type/create electronic process maps and flow charts.
• To assist in maintaining computerised caseload records.
• To set up and manage meeting screens on CareFirst and circulate minutes of key meetings as requested.
