Social Work Business support officer needed in Birmingham £9.30ph ref 354871
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
It involves monitoring of mailboxes, completing daily tasks allocated on a rota such as issuing referral outcomes, informing social workers of new information received on open cases, organising meetings on Microsoft Teams, completing Level 1 information requests and general administration tasks i.e. note taking, scanning, saving of information. The role requires an efficient candidate with the ability to follow processes and an awareness of maintaining timescales. We are currently working from home so suitable a home environment is required to cope with Data Protection requirements. Training will be given on all systems and tasks required within the role. HOURS OF WORK = 36.5 Monday – 08:45 to 17:15 Tuesday – 08:45 to 17:15 Wednesday – 08:45 to 17:15 Thursday – 08:45 to 17:15 Friday – 08:45 to 16:15
