Social Care Property Paralegal/Legal Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised Legal Assistant/Paralegal.  Operating in the field of adult social care law, with education experience an advantage, you will support the lawyers in this area.. The post involves assisting them with preparation work for advocacy in the Court of Protection, the Special Educational Needs Tribunal and other tribunals. All candidates will need excellent communication skills, team skills and be self-motivated and well organised. Training and mentoring from experienced colleagues will be provided where needed. We offer a supportive environment within a progressive and friendly team in a modern, state of the art building in the heart of Warrington.  We are committed to flexible working and offer a hybrid model of working with part of the week spent working from home where appropriate.

Fully remote will be considered although we would prefer some office attendance. 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
