Senior Town Planning Officer needed in Northampton Paying  £30 per hr ref 1725162

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and determine a range of complex planning applications
  • Provide clear, balanced professional advice to applicants, stakeholders, and members
  • Prepare reports and recommendations in line with planning policy and legislation
  • Attend and present at planning committees, appeals, and hearings
  • Contribute to policy development and service improvement
  • Support, supervise, and mentor planning officers where required
