Senior Lawyer needed in Devon

This is a temporary role and the rate is £42.67ph PAYE

The successful candidate will manage a varied and intellectually demanding caseload, handling s21A applications, s16 matters, ordinary residence disputes and wider Care Act advisory work with confidence and sound professional judgement. They will provide clear, well‑reasoned advice, progress cases proactively and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners and external agencies. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to navigate complex statutory frameworks, draft precise documentation and contribute to effective case strategy. While not essential, experience of — or a willingness to undertake — straightforward advocacy at directions hearings will be viewed positively, reflecting a flexible and pragmatic approach to supporting the team’s wider legal responsibilities.
