Waste & Fleet Training Compliance Officer needed in Rugby

This is a temporary role and the rate is £125 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will build and maintain a comprehensive training and competency matrix covering all operational roles (drivers, loaders, street cleansing operatives, and other frontline staff). They will monitor the ongoing tracking of qualification/certificate expiry, license checks, and refresher timing, flagging gaps before they lapse and will deliver training to a consistently high standard, aligned with training standards and contractual/legislative obligations, tailoring content to specific operational needs.
