Senior Case Adviser / HR needed in Trowbridge £18.35ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1278460
Based in Trowbridge, hybrid working, office attendance required 50% of working hours.
In terms of the team, we are a small team who specialise in providing employee relations advice to managers on a range of case types including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, redundancies/restructurings, TUPE, etc. The roles will be based in the non-schools team, although the team work flexibly and there may be occasions where they are asked to support with a schools case.
The team are close knit and supportive, and we are looking for individuals who are experienced in HR operational/case management work and who can hit the ground running. There may also be a requirement to support with the corporate terms and conditions project which will involve consulting with unions and employees, so if experience of terms and conditions work and working with unions would be a significant advantage.
Individuals would hold a varied caseload encompassing a range of cases and would be providing professional advice to resolve employee relations issues and to support timely case resolution.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
