Senior Building Surveyor

Senior Building Surveyor needed in Gosport  

This is a temporary contract initially paying £36.72ph PAYE

He successful candidate will be taking the lead on the surveying function for either housing or non-housing assets. A potential for managing up to five direct reports.  If taking up the non housing role you will be responsible for compliance overview, condition and repair assessment to include scopes of works and specifications for repairs or improvements, Procurement services and potential for tendering. Ideally HNC and HHSRS minimum or relevant experience. Experience of local authority / housing essential.
