Senior Area Facilities Officer (Hybrid) Full Time Temporary

Senior Area Facilities Officer (Hybrid) needed in Southwark, £22.83ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1292616

– Respond to emergency or urgent property management issues when escalated by the Area Facilities Officers, seeking to resolve them as quickly and as cost effectively as possible
– A working knowledge of building statutory requirements

You will ideally have –
– Experience of working in a busy environment, carrying both own work load and supervising others.
– Experience in working in Facilities Management, both hard and soft services.
– Supervisor experience (Preferable)
– Experience of using systems such as Excel, CAFM and Microsoft packages.
– IOSH (preferable) Managing Safety

– Hybrid – 3 days in office and 2 days at home (Depending on needs of the service)

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
