Senior HR Advisor (Schools)

The Senior HR Advisor (Schools) is responsible for providing an effective, high-quality, consistent, and responsive HR service to meet client needs and support the delivery of organisational objectives. The role covers the full range of HR responsibilities, including the management of complex and high-risk employee relations matters.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the behaviours, skills, and competencies required to drive continuous improvement within the HR function, ensuring the service delivers proactive, solutions-focused, and outcome-driven support to clients.

Operating within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Senior HR Advisor will support a range of people initiatives and programmes across schools and educational settings. The postholder will work independently and proactively, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practice, and policy developments to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
