Christmas Event Team Member (Welsh Speaking)

Fixed Term Seasonal Position 21 November – 24 December Approximately 260 hours across the event period

Rhonda Heritage Park is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and Welsh-speaking individual to join our festive team for our popular Christmas experience.

The Role

Working alongside Santa in his grotto, you will play a key part in creating magical Christmas memories for visiting families. Acting as the main point of contact when groups are handed over by the Elves, you will help ensure every child enjoys a warm, engaging, and memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in Welsh
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Comfortable engaging with children of all ages
• Energetic, cheerful, and able to bring festive spirit to every interaction
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
