Rough Sleeper Navigator Contract Full Time

Rough Sleeper Navigator needed in Newton Abbot.

The rate is £15.98ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need a Full UK driving licence and will need access to their own transport. The role includes some unsociable hours, usually once – twice a week to oversee outreach duties.

They will be required to support the outreach team in conducting weekly outreach visits to those who have been reported as rough sleeping in the area.  This will involve engaging with those who have complex needs. The Navigator will also work with rough sleepers who are in accommodation and require support and advice on their longer-term options. This will include making appropriate referrals and working with partner agencies.
