Reward & Recognition Partner needed in Wiltshire paying £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 pa Ref 5206115

This role will involve:

• This role includes activities such as reviewing internal and external pay data, supporting the preparation of engagement materials and interventions relating to our colleague benefits offer and the pricing of new roles for recruitment and restructures.
• They will support a variety of ad hoc reward projects from initial research to making proposals on new initiatives, whilst supporting the delivery of key reward activities throughout the year such as annual salary reviews and benefit supplier selection.

This is working full time on a permanent contract basis
