Resource Controller needed in Stoke Paying  £10.42 per hr ref 5239237

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all jobs are processed accurately and within agreed timescales
• Ensure accurate information is received from operatives (including sub-contractors) regarding requirement for additional trades / materials following repairs diagnosis
• The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all jobs are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
