Reporting and Insight Officer

Reporting and Insight Officer needed in Central London Paying  £16.16  per hr ref OR119459

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve management information reports, dashboards and performance monitoring tools.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for service improvement.
• Produce regular and ad hoc performance reports for managers, senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Work with service teams to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into meaningful insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide commentary on performance outcomes.
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data visualisations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with data governance standards.
• Extract, manipulate and validate data from multiple systems using SQL, Excel and reporting tools.
• Assist with statutory, regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and business intelligence solutions
