  1. Carry out repair inspections of residential properties.
  2. Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor.
  3. Competent in the use of computers, PDA and related systems will be required.
  4. Working on complaint and disrepair cases.
  5. Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner.
  6. Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard rates
  7. Initial six month contract
  8. Interviews will take place at the council offices
  9. Pay rate £20 per hour Full time hours on a temporary basis.
