Registration Officer Contract Full Time

Registration Officer based in Hammersmith and the rate is £16.02ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

• Attend Notices of marriage/civil partnerships
• Register and conduct marriages/civil partnerships and other non-statutory ceremonies
• Register births (including re-registrations)
• Register deaths
• Register still-births
• Complete corrections
• Issue marriage authorities/civil partnership schedules
• Issue/sign certificates
• Marriage/civil partnership ceremony preparation (process information copies, check authorities, chase payments)
• Conduct pre-ceremony meetings to finalise ceremony requirements
• Collection/banking of monies relating to services provided
• Advise customers on registration matters on the phone, in person and through emails
• Conduct Citizenship Ceremonies
• Citizenship Ceremony preparation
• Nationality and Settlement Checking appointments
