Recruitment Advisor Contract Full Time

Recruitment Advisor based in Gloucester and the rate is £16.06 ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role

 This role will involve:

• Work with the service and colleagues within HR to develop and deliver a recruitment strategy focussed on ensuring that the client is ‘an employer of choice’.
• Ensure the creative promotion of the many benefits of working for the client to staff.
• Lead on senior and executive recruitment, supporting the recruiting manager at all stages, from advert to appointment.
• Work on the development and upkeep of the jobs website, ensuring we attract high quality candidates and have ongoing creative and targeted advertising and recruitment campaigns.
