We’re looking for an organised and detail‑focused Records Management Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing document storage and retrieval, and supporting the organisation in meeting compliance and information‑governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and organise physical and electronic records
  • Ensure compliance with retention schedules and data‑protection requirements
  • Support staff with document retrieval, filing, and information requests
  • Assist in improving records‑management processes and systems
  • Monitor data accuracy and ensure consistent record‑keeping practices

 

 

 

This is a full time role on a Permanent basis.
