RAMP Support Officer (HR Generalist) needed in Oxford

The successful candidate will be responsible for triaging the Reasonable Adjustments Management Process (RAMP) applications to determine the necessary next steps.
They will provide advice to management and encourage them to complete the process with the applicant. They will need to identify applications which need to be referred to Workplace Needs (WPN) or Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessor and identify more complicated RAMP applications that need to be escalated to the RAMP Advisor, or to the RAMP Manager.
