Public & Green Spaces Operator needed in Exeter

The rate is £12.00ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will be responsible within an identified area either solo working or as part of a team for:

• Removing litter and emptying litter bins at regular intervals as demand indicates
• Removing small amounts of graffiti, fly post removal, trimming or removing weed growth and cleaning public toilets or car parks, as necessary.
• Undertaking basic condition inspections of facilities and reporting any obvious maintenance issues.
• Identifying additional reactive work for specialist teams such as grass or hedge cutting, maintenance tasks, mechanical sweeping, tree work, large-scale graffiti removal, hot wash, etc
