Project Surveyor

Project Surveyor needed in Bristol

This is a temporary role and the rate is £232.77 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will carry out inspections, surveys, and condition assessments, diagnosing defects and specifying remedial works. They will manage projects from inception to completion, prepare statutory applications, produce technical reports, and administer JCT contracts. They will ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and Health & Safety requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and oversee contractors to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery.

Strong customer communication will be essential, leading consultations, responding to diverse needs, and monitoring satisfaction. They will manage budgets, ensure value for money, update asset data, address asbestos‑related issues, support CDM duties, and embed sustainable, low‑energy principles in project delivery. A full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use is required.
