Programme Manager – Housing Systems Transformation needed in Lancing

This is a temporary role and the hourly rate is £309.00 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will lead a relationship‑driven programme that requires regular on‑site presence, typically two to three days per week, while operating in a hybrid working model. They will manage a small team, oversee a wider change network, and take ownership of the full end‑to‑end programme plan covering scope, milestones, risks, budget, governance and reporting.

They will drive multi‑workstream delivery across system configuration, integrations and environment management, ensuring Building Safety remains the consistent thread throughout. The successful candidate will oversee complex data cleansing and migration activities across multiple legacy housing systems, applying deep understanding of property data and its significance within a housing safety programme.

They will manage integrations spanning housing, repairs, finance, community safety and corporate platforms, lead structured testing cycles including SIT and UAT, and champion organisational change, process redesign, training and business readiness. They will ensure all activity aligns with cloud strategy, cyber security, data protection and architectural standards while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and fostering a positive team culture.
