Programme Manager needed in Enfield paying £235.11 per day PAYE – Reference: RQ590763

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

 Responsibilities

• To work closely with the Head of Cultural Development to hold and develop the vision for programming, audience development and overall operations of the Centre as the central hub for cultural activity, celebrating everything that is Made In Enfield and providing creative opportunity for all residents
• To provide a dynamic year-round programme of performances, workshops and events that balances cultural, community and commercial imperatives, supporting and growing local creativity and bringing in external content to inspire and delight
• To work inclusively to grow the Centre’s audience and impact
• To maximise revenues through high quality marketing, strong partnerships, and a great all-round customer offer
