Programme Administration Officer Full Time Temporary

Programme Administration Officer needed in Birmingham £12.00ph PAYE – Reference:351134

This role will involve:

This role will support the Thrive at Work programme with all aspects of high level administrative/project co-ordination activities and will also support and provide assistance to team members within the wider Wellbeing team as required.

The role will involve pro-active diary management, workload management, progress chasing, shared email inbox management, formatting and producing documents, raising finance requisitions, website maintenance, database maintenance and support with event management.

Ideally candidates will have:

• GCSE level or equivalent standard of education.
• Extensive experience of working within a busy and fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy.
• High level office experience, including experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including client relationship management.
• Ability to work on own initiative, and management of workload.
• Very good telephone manner and use of video calls.
• Excellent IT skills, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
