Principle Property Lawyer

Principle Property Lawyer needed in Manchester Paying  £50 per hr ref 000A FDCC / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of property law matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development agreements and land assembly
• Lead on complex, high‑value and politically sensitive property transactions
• Draft, negotiate and complete a variety of commercial and residential property documents
• Advise senior stakeholders on legal risk, governance and commercial considerations
• Support strategic projects such as regeneration, investment and development programmes
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and legal officers, ensuring quality and consistency of advice
• Ensure legal work is delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with organisational objectives
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law and best practice in property law
