Principal Planning Officer (Hybrid) needed in Telford, £45ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1797441

• Principal Planning Officer – hybrid but must be in the office Mondays for team meeting
• Managing 1000 units
• Strong communication skills to work with Stakeholders and committee members.
• Team player – with Problem solving skills.
• Solution focused. What you learnt from when thing went wrong – lessons learn.
• Engagement is key. Work really closely with members as its solves lots of problem.
• Can manage competing needs and requirements, managing several land owners at any given time

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
