Principal Planner needed in South west London Paying  £31.78 per hr ref 1705005

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead and manage major and strategic planning applications from pre‑application stage to final decision.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and monitor PPAs and Section 106 agreements.
  • Coordinate planning activity to support regeneration, environmental protection, and sustainable development.
  • Provide authoritative professional advice to senior stakeholders, applicants, and partners.
  • Mentor and support junior planning staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality outputs.
  • Build collaborative working relationships across internal teams and external organisations.
  • Apply up‑to‑date knowledge of planning legislation, policy, and guidance relevant to London.
