Principal Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Manchester, £50ph PAYE – Reference: 0009 9794 / 1
Managing a varied caseload of complex, high profile and innovative legal matters relating to a wide range of planning, highways and related regeneration work.
Ideally Hybrid 2 days per week in office, but can be flexible.
The role holder will provide effective advice and representation on matters related to a range of planning, highways, compulsory purchase and regeneration legal work including major development and infrastructure projects of high value and importance to the client.
The role holder will have a personal caseload of legal work relevant to the particular areas of work mentioned above, including projects of high value, complexity and of major importance. It is a requirement that the role holder is able to work flexibly to support the needs of the team and regeneration division.
The role holder will actively contribute to the professional development of the service, with particular responsibility for the personal and professional development of the team, and will have a positive and proactive manner.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
