Plumber needed in Loughborough Paying  £14 per hr ref OR112304

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties.
• Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
• Repair and replace pipework, taps, toilets, sinks, baths, showers, cylinders, and other plumbing fixtures and fittings.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues, including leaks and blocked systems.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail and finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment within residents’ homes.
• Accurately record completed works, materials used, and any follow-on actions required.
• Liaise professionally with tenants, keeping them informed of progress and any issues affecting the repair.
• Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other trades and colleagues to deliver an effective repairs service.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in good condition.
