Planning Lawyer needed in Manchester £50ph ref 0008 F0E2 / 1

Planning specialist able to handle a caseload of the following areas of work:

Drafting and negotiating complex s106 agreements, s38/278 agreements, s111 agreements

General panning and enforcement advice

Planning inquiries and enforcement appeals, Statutory Challenges & Judicial Review

Instructing Counsel including Leading Counsel

Wouldn’t require much if any advocacy.

Would want to be in office about 1 per week ideally.
