Planning Infrastructure Monitoring Assistant needed in Basingstoke

This is a temporary role and the rate is £17.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will manage the Section 106 Scoping Process in relation to the need for planning obligations; assist in the Community Infrastructure Levy process; ensure appropriate collection of infrastructure contributions.

They will oversee the scoping process in relation to Section 106 agreements, ensuring the timely consultation and response on development proposals and the Community Infrastructure Levy, updating databases as appropriate and will assist in the efficient and effective monitoring and compliance of S106 Agreements and administration of the Community Infrastructure Levy.
