Our client is looking for a Planning Assistant. To provide general technical support to the Plans Process, Planning Development Team and the Compliance and Enforcement Team.
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and consistent response to specific planning enquiries and to provide general information on planning matters to applicants, members of the public and others in accordance with planning legislation and good customer care principles and will ensure the efficient and consistent handling of a caseload of planning applications through the statutory process including writing delegated and Committee reports, appeals procedures and post decision work.
