Planner Contract Full Time

Planner based in Ilford and the rate is £16.35 ph  

This is a full time temporary contract role.

 This role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of planning applications, mainly comprising householder and other minor planning applications, and determining within statutory timeframe and/or local time targets.
• Being courteous to all customers at all times, ensuring all public consultation procedures have been followed.
• Preparing well written advice in the form of letters and reports and making recommendations on the merits of the planning proposal.
