Performance And Management Information Support Officer needed in Wembley £16.01ph ref:5178747

This role will involve:

• Support the P&MI Manager and departmental managers in regularly reviewing, assessing and
• Improving performance across all the Department’s activities, through:
  • The scrutiny, analysis and interpretation of performance data, trends and comparative benchmarking information;
  • Monitoring the outcomes of service provision, including equalities;
  • Identifying potential performance challenges, related causes and any wider implications at an early stage;
  • Undertaking in-depth reviews, as commissioned by the P&MI Manager
  • Keeping abreast of relevant good practice and performance across the public, private, voluntary and community sectors;
  • Leading or supporting the development and implementation of departmental improvement projects and programmes.
• Provide practical help and support to managers in compiling performance information to improve the understanding of their services.
• Contribute to the development of MOSAIC processes and reporting infrastructure and other electronic information systems within the department, including Synergy, Estart, Assetplus and Childview.
