People Services Advisor needed in Coventry

This is a temporary role and the rate is £21.33ph PAYE

The reference number is: RQ1778072

The successful candidate will offer expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. They will support managers and employees to ensure fair and consistent application of People Services policies and must have up to date knowledge and understanding of employment law , People Services best practice and the public sector. Also must be CIPD Associate level 5 MINIMUM
