Payment officers needed in Brixton. Ref 434829 We have senior and assistant posts. Main purpose of post: • To support the Payments Team Manager to develop payments practice and promote the highest standard of payments service to social workers, foster carers, young people and providers. To contribute to timely responses and resolution of complaints relating to payment issues. • To deliver and role model high quality payments practice in children’s social care in accordance with the council’s payments policy system requirements (purchase orders, supplier set-up etc) • To utilise performance information with the Payments Team Manager to identify areas for, and the delivery of, improvement |
