Passenger Fleet Supervisor needed in North London Paying  £39,276k per annum ref OR107586

Full time hours on a permanent basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of the in-house Passenger Fleet Service, ensuring transport services meet operational requirements and customer needs.
• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of drivers and fleet staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Advise management on the availability and cost-effectiveness of transport resources, including internal fleet assets and external providers.
• Monitor fleet performance, utilisation, and service delivery against agreed targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate vehicle and driver resources to ensure efficient service provision.
• Support the implementation of operational improvements and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant transport legislation, health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
• Assist with incident investigations, performance management, and service reporting.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, service users, contractors, and external stakeholders.
