Passenger Assistant needed in Plymouth

The successful candidate will help children and young people—many with additional needs—travel safely to and from school or college. Home-to-School transport service supports around 1,000 students aged 4–25 using minibuses and taxis.

They will support students during their journey, ensuring their safety and comfort, step in to cover for Passenger Assistants who are unavailable and work closely with drivers and schools to make each journey smooth and stress-free.

Cover is needed Monday to Friday, usually between 07:00–10:00 and 14:00–17:00. 

This role is term time only

Hours can vary depending on routes and student schedules. Pay is based on actual hours worked.

While the role is advertised as 10 hours per week, this may increase or decrease depending on the length on the route or the cover required.
