Part time – ideal working pattern would be 10am-2pm Monday – Friday and run until September 2024. Office based.
Must have experience as a PA and dealing with complaints.
PA support to Director of Environment and Operational services.
The post holder will provide full administrative support to the Director, including the co-ordination of the diary, extensive and efficient email correspondence dealing with all incoming post, telephone enquiries, complaints, minute-taking and handling confidential matters with discretion.
You will need to demonstrate extensive administrative, inter-personal and proven diary management skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your workload according to changing pressures.
Experience of dealing with members of the public and people at a senior level is essential.
Experience in the use of internet and Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential as the post involves emails, research, preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
