Part time admin officer needed in Macclesfield £10.19ph ref 5208387

1 x part time role (22.2 hours). This role is over 3 days per week and based at Macclesfield Family Centre.

The role is temporary until 30/11/2022.

The successful applicants are expected to be able to travel within the county to help support the needs of the service.

The role of our Business Support Assistants is a pivotal and valuable one. From providing a warm welcome to service users attending our centres/outreach sites, ensuring that families are registered, booked onto parenting courses, data entry and general administrative support through to ordering resources and operating our financial procedures.  A number of ICT platforms are used on a daily basis to enter or evaluate data, run reports and manage financial and HR systems.

You will need to be able to be flexible, prioritise your work and be a team player.
