Parking Representation Officer needed in Southwark, £20.58ph PAYE – Reference: OR105776

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Appeals & Representations Officers to join a busy and high-performing Parking Services & Network Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound decisions within parking enforcement operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and responding to a wide range of parking-related correspondence, including formal and informal representations, appeals, and complaints linked to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), permits, and parking suspensions.

Using your knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory processes, you will assess evidence and make balanced, defensible decisions while delivering a high standard of customer service.
