Parking and Licensing officer needed in london £133.36per day ref 1218219

KEY REQUIREMENTS

– Knowledge or experience of administering parking permits highly desirable (Any experience of Liberator or similar systems highly desirable)

– Knowledge or experience of administering parking suspensions highly desirable

– Knowledge or experience of administering highways licences highly desirable (Experience of Symology desirable)

– Experience of managing an inbox, providing a high standard of response to customers within defined SLA timelines

– Highly organized with experience of meeting deadlines and targets

– Computer literate with experience of bespoke IT systems

– Excellent written communication skills and telephone manner

– The ability to take ownership of issues and resolve problems for customers

The successful candidate will be working virtually but will be required to attend the office a maximum of 1 day per week for printing/posting activities which cannot be completed from home.
