The successful candidate will support safeguarding, care proceedings, and statutory responsibilities under the Children Act 1989, working closely with social care teams to protect vulnerable children and families. This role provides specialist paralegal support within the Childcare Law team, assisting solicitors with case preparation, legal documentation, and the management of sensitive and complex childcare matters. You will support the delivery of high quality legal services, ensuring deadlines are met and statutory requirements are adhered to. The position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
