New Homes Sales Executive needed in Manchester Paying  £32,486k per annum ref 000A BDC8 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of the new homes sales process, from initial enquiry to legal completion.
    • Guide customers through various sales routes including outright sale, shared ownership, affordable housing, Help to Buy, and First Homes.
    • Provide accurate information on developments, house types, specification, pricing, and availability.
    • Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with prospective buyers.
    • Work closely with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and internal teams to progress sales efficiently.
    • Maintain show homes, sales areas and marketing materials to a high standard.
    • Maximise reservations and achieve sales targets in line with business objectives.
    • Keep detailed records of enquiries, viewings and customer interactions using CRM systems.
    • Ensure full compliance with consumer codes, sales procedures and regulatory frameworks.
