Neighbourhood Officer Full Time Temporary

Neighbourhood Officer needed in Oldbury £11.25ph ref:347733

This role will involve:

• To be responsible for operationally managing a portfolio of live cases from identification through prevention, intervention through to prosecution and victim support as required by the particular case.
• To manage ASB cases allocated to you in the town to which you are part of the town team, ensuring that your cases are dealt with promptly, efficiently and effectively, with the knowledge of the ASB officer town lead.
• To liaise closely with other officers in the town team to support them in helping prevent ASB and take a series of actions in response to ASB, establishing cases and working with your colleagues in the town team to deal with them appropriately and according to the particular circumstances.
• To set standards of high performance, and ensure these are embedded in your practices and behaviours
