Multi – Tradesperson needed in Rochdale Paying  £12.50 per hr ref 406810

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• To carry out routine repairs and maintenance on tenanted properties
• Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and company property
• Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales
• The ideal candidate will have minor plumbing and plastering experience.
