Multi Skilled Engineer- Plumbing bias needed in Camden Paying  £20.96 per hr ref OR25598

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and installations.
  • Undertake general building maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, painting, decorating, tiling, and minor electrical works.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing and mechanical faults efficiently.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Repair and replace pipework, sanitary ware, pumps, valves, and associated plumbing systems.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance requests.
  • Complete work in accordance with relevant legislation, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or maintenance management systems.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and building occupants.
  • Identify opportunities for improving building performance and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and effectively.
